These terms state the limits of this site and the one measurement it publishes. They are the same for every reader and every page.

Information, not advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. The figures describe what things cost, not what a reader should do. A row in a table is a measurement of a published source, taken at a stated hour. It is not a finding by this desk and it is not a suggestion to buy, sell or hold anything. The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision.

The same limit applies when a figure looks favourable or worrying. A low spread or a high fee is a fact about a price, not a reason to act. A reader who needs advice should seek it from a person licensed to give it. This site does not offer that service, and a reader should not treat a table as a substitute for it.

The desk and its one measurement

The subject of this site is one measurement, taken from named public sources and republished with the date and the hour it was read. The desk reads the sources and records what they publish. It does not investigate platforms, it does not test brokers, and it does not form a view on whether a platform is honest or safe. A row is a snapshot of a source at a moment, not a summary of a company.

The sources are named under every table, with a link. A reader can check the figure at its publisher. If a reader finds a figure that is wrong, the desk corrects it and dates the correction. The address for that is on the contact page. The desk answers corrections and questions about its own measurement. It does not answer questions about what a reader should do with the figure.

What the desk is not

This site is an independent editorial desk. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. It has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs. The site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them.

Because the desk is not a broker, it accepts no orders and holds no money. A reader cannot open an account with this site, deposit funds with it, or ask it to execute a trade. The only action a reader can take on this site is to read the pages and write to the desk. The address on the contact page reaches the desk. Corrections are the reason the address exists.

The affiliate relationship

The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link. If a reader opens an account there, this site is paid a commission. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This is the only way the site earns money. It does not sell subscriptions, it does not sell data, and it does not take payment for coverage. The affiliate relationship is stated on this page and on the page about the publisher.

The affiliate link does not change the figures on this site. The desk records what the sources publish, and it records the same figure whether or not a reader uses the link. The link is an outbound link. Following it leaves this site. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy. This site is not responsible for what happens after a reader leaves it.

The limits of the measurement

The measurement has the limits of its sources. If a source publishes a figure without a date, this site shows no date. If a source changes a figure, this site republishes the change when it next reads the source. An empty or short list says nothing about platforms the source has not addressed. The desk does not infer that a platform is safe because it is absent from a list, and it does not infer that a platform is unsafe because it is listed.

A reader should treat each figure as a point in time, not as a permanent property. The desk reads the sources on a schedule, but it cannot promise that every figure is current at the moment a reader sees it. The date and hour on each row are the moment the source was read. If a reader needs the latest figure, the reader should follow the link under the table and read the source directly.

Responsibility and corrections

Responsibility for this site sits with the editorial desk of Platform Facts PK. The desk reads the sources, records the figures, and answers corrections. No person is named on this site, because the responsibility is the desk's, not an individual's. A reader who writes to the address on the contact page reaches the desk. A correction is made when a figure is wrong, and the correction is dated.

The desk can act on a correction only when the reader points to the source and the figure. A reader who says a figure is wrong should say which figure, which source, and what the source actually shows. The desk will check the source and correct the page if the source agrees. The desk cannot answer questions about a reader's own account, because it cannot see any reader's account. It cannot see a reader's bank, wallet or broker account.
